terms and conditions
If your child or young person is unable to attend their session, please let us know as soon as possible. If it is less than 24 hours notice we will ask for the full session fee. We request payment in advance of the session unless you are paying cash on the day.
The Snug is strongly committed to inclusivity. It values difference and diversity and does not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender and gender identity, sexual preference or orientation, marital/partnership status, religion, race, colour, national origin, disability, heritage or political belief.
Gemma and Rebecca are dedicated to ensuring the Snug is a safe place for all. We both have regular supervision to ensure that we have time for personal reflection, enabling young people to receive the best support possible.
We are part of the NSCP safer programme to support good practice. Our safeguarding policy is regularly reviewed. It is available on request.
